Excessive tiredness and fatigue are not trivial, the iron content in the body decreases…

Anemia is a major health problem faced by today’s society through unhealthy diet. It is commonly seen in women and children. This problem is especially common in pregnant women and lactating mothers. It is caused by iron deficiency in the body. Overcoming this condition caused by iron deficiency requires resuming a completely healthy and active lifestyle.

Iron deficiency anemia is a decrease in the number of healthy red blood cells in the body. RBCs deliver oxygen to all parts of the body. But this deficiency impairs the RBC’s ability to deliver oxygen. It occurs due to decreased production of hemoglobin in the blood. Lack of nutrients is the main reason for the price but there are other reasons too.

Eating more vitamin C foods is also a reason for this. Iron deficiency in women during pregnancy can also affect the growing baby. Certain foods known as iron inhibitors interfere with the absorption of iron. The small intestine is responsible for the absorption of dietary iron, but when part of it is removed by gastric bypass surgery, iron absorption is reduced.

The use of certain medications can also negatively affect iron absorption. The body gives certain signals when anemia occurs. Some of the symptoms are extreme tiredness, weakness, pale skin, chest pain, fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, headache, dizziness, and loss of appetite.
